Federal authorities and construction officials are offering $15,000 reward for information that will lead to the capture of those responsible for arson at Temple University’s 27-story, $216 million under-construction residence tower that caused $100,000 in damages.

The Philadelphia Field Division, Bureau of Alcohol,Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives will contribute $5,000 and the L.F. Driscoll Company would contribute up to $10,000. Officials said the fires, which occurred on the 11th, 12th and 16th floors, were intentional.

“ATF is committed to keeping the public safe from those who maliciously set fires,” said ATF Philadelphia Field Division Acting Special Agent in Charge Donald Robinson in a news release. “We are asking the public to provide any information that would lead investigators to those responsible for these arsons.”

Call the ATF 24/7 hotline 1-888-ATF-FIRE with information.
