Philadelphia Police Department. The suspects were caught on camera Feb. 25 while robbing Zevin’s Drug Store.

Philadelphia police are looking for a pair of men they believe are responsible for the robbery of at least three pharmacy robberies in South Philadelphia over the past month.

Investigators said the duo first hit up the Bertolino Pharmacy at 12th and Dickinson streets shortly after 10:30 a.m. on Feb. 11.

The men allegedly pulled handguns, ordered everyone on the floor and demanded money and cigarettes from employees. They escaped on foot with an undisclosed amount of money, narcotics and cigarettes, according to investigators.

Police said the suspects struck again two weeks later at Zevin’s Drug Store at 8th and McKean streets. The men allegedly pulled handguns inside the pharmacy shortly after 11:15 a.m., ordered everyone to the floor and escaped on foot with cash and drugs.

The same duo are now suspected of last Wednesday robbing a Walgreens on 10th Street near Oregon Avenue. Investigators said two men pulled up to the pharmacy in a green minivan around 11 a.m.

This time, only one of the suspects went inside. He allegedly pointed a handgun at employees and demanded narcotics. The second suspect waited inside the vehicle and acted as a getaway driver, according to authorities.

Investigators said the alleged gunman made away with an undisclosed amount of narcotics and escaped in the awaiting minivan.

The suspects are described as two black males dressed in dark clothing. In at least one of the robberies, the men wore gloves and ski masks.

One of the men is believed to be between six feet and 6-foot-3-inches tall, while the second man is described as 5-foot-7-inches tall with a stocky build.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the South Detective Division at 215-686-3013 or 3014, to call 911 or to submit an anonymous tip by dialing 215-686-TIPS (8477), texting PPD TIP (773847), emailing tips@phillypolice.com or by filling out this online form.
