Joe Biden to deliver Penn’s Spring Commencement address

Vice President Joe Biden will deliver the University of Pennsylvania’s Spring Commencement address, according to the college’s website.

Biden, who will receive an honorary Doctor of Laws from Penn, will address the student body on Monday, May 13.

Other honorary-degree recipients include Kwame Anthony Appiah, Michelle Bachelet, Ursula M. Burns, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, Samuel H. Preston, Ellen Mosley-Thompson, Lonnie G. Thompson and James Edward West.
