Bidders can score a slice of Boston Harbor with the Graves Island Light Station, which is up for grabs on an internet auction site.

As of Wednesday morning, five people have entered bids for the legendary harbor location, offering up to $110,000 to buy the lighthouse, 10 acres of land on Graves Island, dock and oil house.

The property, which is part of the Boston Harbor Islands National Recreation Area, is located 9 miles off the shore of downtown Boston and has a coveted spot on the National Register of Historic Places. First lit in 1905, the five-story granite block cylindrical tower was built in 1903 and boasts extraordinary views of the coastline.

If you’re thinking the famous lighthouse would make a cozy new home, keep in mind that while the structure does have two bedrooms, there is no bathroom or potable running water.

Barbara Salfity of the General Service Administration told the Boston Globe that bidders have expressed interest in historic properties in general, in maritime history and in the signature architecture of lighthouses such as this one.

According to the United States Coast Guard, the lighthouse was named for Thomas Graves, a prominent early colonial Massachusetts sea trader. It was converted to solar power in 2001.

The auction ends Aug. 6.
