Police are looking for three men who were caught on camera Thursday stealing electronics during the smash-and-grab robbery of an East Germantown GameStop.

Investigators said three unknown men entered the store, located at 5301 Chew Ave., about 3:15 p.m.

They can be seen on camera acting as though they are shopping. After several minutes inside the store, one of the suspects pulled out a hammer and smashed the glass of a display.

All three men then began taking electronics, according to investigators.

The suspects allegedly made away with an iPad, an iPod Touch and an iPod Nano, with a total estimated value of $3,200.

They then fled on foot toward Wister Avenue.

All three suspects are described as thin black males in their late teens to early 20s with goatees.

One suspect was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt with horizontal white stripes, dark-colored pants and white and black Converse-style sneakers.

The second suspect was last seen wearing a light gray hooded sweatshirt, blue jeans and black and white sneakers, and was armed with a hammer.

The third suspect had a light beard and was last seen wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt, a dark-colored baseball hat and dark-colored pants.

Anyone with information the suspects or crime is asked to contact the Northwest Detectives Division at 215-686-3353 or 3354, or to submit an anonymous tip by dialing 215-686-TIPS (8477), texting PPD TIP (773847), emailing tips@phillypolice.com or by filling out this online form.
