Cousin indicted in Aaron Hernandez murder investigation
The cousin of accused murderer and former Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez has been indicted in connection with the ongoing investigation into the June shooting death of Odin Lloyd, 27.
Tanya Singleton, 37, plead not guilty, and was ordered held without bail yesterday during an arraignment in Fall River Superior Court on an indictment charging her with conspiracy to commit accessory after the fact of murder.
Hernandez’s friend, Carlos Ortiz, 27, and fiancée Shayana Jenkins, 24, were both indicted last week in connection to the case.
Hernandez, 23, was charged with Lloyd’s murder days into the investigation. He pleaded not guilty to six criminal counts, including murder and weapons charges tied to Lloyd’s death, and is being held without bail.
