Attention, Pennsylvanians: If you want to vote in the Nov. 5 election, you must register by tomorrow.

In August, a Pennsylvania judge determined voters will not be required to show identification to cast ballots for the November election.

Among the local races, City Controller Alan Butkovitz (D) will defend his office against businessman Terrence Tracy (R) and District Attorney Seth Williams (D) is up for re-election against Bryn Mawr-based attorney Daniel Alvaraz (R).

There are six vacancies on the court of common pleas and three in the Philadelphia Municipal Court.

Statewide, a seat is open on the state Superior Court. Voters will choose between Harrisburg-based attorney Vic Stabile (R), and Allegheny County Judge Jack McVay Jr.(D).

Two Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justices, Chief Justice Ronald Castille and Justice Max Baer, are up for renewal of their 10-year terms. Voters mark either “yes” or “no” to retain the justices. Both justices face no opposition.

City bond question:

(Bill No. 130485)
Should the City of Philadelphia borrow $94,745,000.00 to be spent for and toward capital purposes as follows: Transit; Streets and Sanitation; Municipal Buildings; Parks, Recreation and Museums; and Economic and Community Development?
