Two survivors of the Boston Marathon bombing are headed to Hollywood to meet Ellen DeGeneres.

Rebekah Gregory and her fiance Pete DiMartino, who were at the race on April 15 to cheer on Pete’s mother, will be on Monday’s episode of “Ellen” to receive an unknown surprise, WCVB reports.

The couple suffered severe injuries in the blasts. Gregory has undergone 14 surgeries on her leg, while DiMartino suffered a torn Achilles tendon.

“I really thought I was going to die that day,” Gregory told WHAM, an ABC affiliate in Rochester, N.Y., when asked about the bombings. “When we exchanged I love yous on the sidewalk, because we were laying right next to each other, I really thought that that might be the last time that I would get to say that to him.”

The couple survived and had a romantic engagement recently.

“It was a complete surprise: No. 1, I didn’t think I was going to see him for another month,” said Gregory. “Pete came down the stairs I couldn’t believe he was there, and no sooner than he came down the stairs and gave me a hug he was down on one knee proposing – and I was like, ‘What are you doing,’ you know, what’s going on right now, so it was definitely a shock and a surprise.”

The couple’s surprise will appear on Monday’s episode of  ”Ellen” at 4 p.m. on WCVB.
