(UPDATE) Police find missing 5-year-old East Harlem girl
Nijaey Hilton, 5, last seen with her uncle Tuesday night, was found Wednesday afternoon near the Apollo Theater, police said.
Her uncle, Ramel Robinson, 29, was questioned by police but no charges have been filed against him.
Police said the circumstances of Robinson’s taking Nijaey were unclear.

Police are looking for a young girl who went missing with her uncle in East Harlem late Tuesday.
Nijaey Hilton, 5, was last seen leaving her home on East 112th Street with her uncle Ramel Robinson, 29, about 10:30 p.m., police said.
Robinson, a resident of Jamaica, Queens, may have left with his niece in a car, police said, but it was not clear where they were headed.
Nijaey, 3 feet tall and weighing 32 pounds, was last seen in a grey school uniform with grey stockings, a peach-colored sweater and a white blouse, as well as a blue jacket with brown fur on the collar. She has brown eyes and black hair.
