Robber puts 89-year-old Brooklyn woman with walker in a choke hold
An 89-year-old woman with a walker was followed into her Brooklyn apartment building and put in a choke hold during a robbery on Saturday, police said.
Cops are hunting for two persons suspected in the robbery.
Police said a man and a woman followed the victim into the elevator. The man put the victim in a choke hold as the woman removed her pocketbook with bank cards and an unknown amount of cash.
The pair then fled the scene.
The man is described as black, 6-feet tall and 200 pounds. He was wearing a light brown jacket, dark jeans and brown ski cap, police said.
The woman is described as black, wearing a dark jacket and jeans and red shoes.
