Two die in Staten Island shooting during Tuesday’s snowstorm
Two Staten Island men were shot to death during Tuesday’s snowstorm.
Kenrick Gray, 34, and Noland Whistleton, 41, were found on the sidewalk outside a Park Hill apartment building with gunshot wounds about 6:15 p.m., police said.
Gray, who lived minutes away, was shot in the head. Whistleton, who lived on Park Hill Avenue near where he was shot, was hit in the torso and leg.
Both were pronounced dead at nearby hospitals.
Though the crime scene was outside, police said the investigation was not hampered by the snow.
No arrests had been made as of Wednesday afternoon. The investigation is ongoing.
