Records show City Council Speaker Melissa Mark-Viverito’s inauguration bash was paid for by real estate developers and labor groups.

The New York Daily News reported Monday that the speaker’s party, which took place in late January at Hostos Community College in the Bronx, came with a $27,000 bill mostly footed by developers: the Witkoff Group, Marathon Development and Lighthouse Group LLC.

In total, $20,000 of the $30,000 that Mark-Viverito raised through an inauguration committee came from developers, the Daily News wrote. Another $6,500 in total came from the New York Hotel & Motel Workers, Plumbers Local 1 and Hotel Workers Local 6.

The ceremony in January was hosted by Lin-Manuel Miranda, writer of the Broadway musical “In the Heights,” and boasted a bevy of elected leaders, including Mayor Bill de Blasio.

“Today, we live in the most unequal city in the nation,” Mark-Viverito told hundreds of supporters at the party. “But it is a new day in New York City. Now is the time to embrace our progressive moment and put our values into action.”
