Subway service changes coming for A, B, C and D trains nights next week
Subway service changes are coming to four lines nights next week.
A, B, C and D train service will be affected by the weeknight changes from late Monday to Friday morning, according to the Metropolitan Transportation Authority. The disruptions, from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. for four consecutive nights, are part of the MTA’s FASTRACK subway maintenance, cleaning and repair program.
During that time, no A trains will run from 59th Street to 207th Street in upper Manhattan. D trains won’t run from 59th Street to 161st Street-Yankee Stadium in the Bronx. B and C trains won’t run at all.
As alternatives, the MTA suggests taking the 1, 2 and 3 trains, free shuttles and buses.
