The de Blasios are coming to Manhattan.

The Brooklyn-centric first family has begun a three-month long move from their modest Park Slope home to Gracie Mansion on the Upper East Side.

The move was announced Monday by first lady Chirlane McCray on her blog, #FLONYC.

“Moving is bittersweet, even when excited about the destination,” McCray wrote. “We’ve lived in our Park Slope home for 14 wonderful years. So many of the moments we cherish took place right here.”

Tours at Gracie Mansion will be put on hold starting next week and will resume in September after the first family is settled.

One of the first objects making the trip is a rocking chair where the mayor and his two children, Chiara and Dante, were read stories as babies. A sewing machine that McCray’s mother taught her on is also being moved.

“Imagine these family heirlooms in Gracie Mansion — the People’s House,” McCray wrote. “We are bringing ‘home’ to our new home and we are so excited about this new adventure!”

The de Blasios aren’t moving everything, though. DNAinfo New York reported that over the weekend the first family left a Christmas tree stand, a bookshelf and some plastic bins on the sidewalk in front of their Park Slope house.

On their front yard fence in front of the stuff, the de Blasios affixed a sign: “free.”
