NYPD seeks man who attacked woman Brooklyn subway station
Police are looking for a man suspected of forcing himself onto a woman at a Brooklyn subway station last month.
Investigators said that the 23-year-old female victim walked into the Ralph Avenue subway station in Bed-Stuy on June 7 at around 4:40 a.m.
As she entered the station, police said an unidentified man cam up from behind and grabbed her breasts.
He then allegedly tried to take off the victim’s shirt while threatening her with a pair of scissors.
The woman screamed, scaring the suspect away and forcing him to run from the station. She suffered no physical injurious, authorities said.
Cops are still on the search for the suspect, who they describe as a black male approximately 25 years of age. He is thought to be about 5-feet-7-inches tall and to weigh about 130 pounds.
The suspect was last seen wearing a pink shirt, gray slacks and black shoes.
Police are asking anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS or to submit tips online.
