Two cops helped save the life of a newborn baby struggling to breathe on Sunday night in Bensonhurst.

Authorities said on Monday that Sergeant Michael Dario and Officer Elias Khan of Brooklyn’s 62nd Precinct were on patrol when they were called to the home on 74th Avenue at around 11:15 p.m.

Once there, they found the 32-year-old woman who called for help after she said her 2-week-old son stopped breathing.

The cops went in the home only to see the newborn turning blue and totally unresponsive.

Officials said Khan jumped into try to revive the infant, checking his mouth for any foreign objects that might be in the way of his breathing.

The officer then turned the boy over and began to press on his back while his partner began to call for emergency personal to rush over.

After about 10 to 15 seconds of pressure on the baby’s back, police said the boy started breathing and crying.

Paramedics arrived soon after and took the child to Maimonides Medical Center, where he was most recently listed in stable condition.
