Grab your black turtleneck sweaters, blue jeans and your white tennis shoes: Tomorrow is Steve Jobs Day.

The day was designated to honor Apple’s co-founder, approximately two weeks before his Oct. 5 death.

Friday Oct. 14 will offer Apple fans one more opportunity to say goodbye to their hero.

Biz Journal reports that the day was set up by a group of workers at the Atlanta digital advertising studio Studiocom Inc. The initial intention is was so that people could thank Jobs for everything he’s accomplished.  After his passing, the day turned into a day of honor.

The organizers of Steve Jobs Day are encouraging people to dress like Steve Jobs will talking about him with friends, and on Facebook and Twitter. Topics of discussion will include favorite Apple products and why you love Jobs’ work.

When tweeting about everyone’s favorite tech guru and all the cool gadgets he created, make sure to use the tag #stevejobsday.

Did Jobs’ career touch your life so much you want to talk about it? Were his inspirational quotes life-changing for you? Well, you’re in luck as there will be in-person meet ups throughout the world.

In New York, Apple enthusiasts will gather at Central Park, Sheep Meadow at 5 p.m. In Philly, the Art Museum Stairs at the Philadelphia Museum will be overtaken at 1 p.m.

Click here to see a list of all the gatherings. At each meet up, you will also be able to donate money for cancer research.

Do you think this is a little too much? Well, think again as the Steve Jobs Facebook page has more than 2,600 followers so far.

So let’s pay tribute to the man who changed the way we listen to music, use a computer and communicate one last time.
