TSA agent who left note about vibrator punished

Rest assured, friends, the Transportation Security Administration does not frown upon masturbation.

A few days ago a story went viral about a blogger and co-founder of the website Feministe who got a little surprise when she opened her luggage after a flight from Newark to Dublin.

You know those papers the TSA leaves in your luggage as a disclaimer that they went through your stuff? Well, blogger Jill got a personalized message.

On the side of the paper a TSA employee wrote “GET YOUR FREAK ON GIRL.”

Jill tweeted the picture and said she believed it had to do with the vibrator she had in her luggage – because, you know, vibrators are just so freaky.

After the story spread on the Internet like a wildfire the TSA issued a statement that read, “TSA takes all allegations of inappropriate conduct seriously and is investigating this claim.”

True to their word, the TSA hunted down the agent.

On the TSA Blog, Blogger Bob writes:

“TSA quickly launched an investigation and identified the employee responsible. That individual was immediately removed from screening operations and appropriate disciplinary action has been initiated.

The handwritten note was highly inappropriate and unprofessional, and TSA has zero tolerance for this type of behavior. Agency officials have also reached out to the passenger to personally apologize for this unfortunate incident.”

Whoever this was thought he/she was writing a funny, sexual joke, but look who’s laughing now.
