Where in Philadelphia can you feast on tasty German treats, shop for handmade ornaments, sip on mulled wine and hang out with Santa Claus? Christmas Village, of course! This year, it’s moved to City Hall from its usual Love Park location due to renovations, and over 780,000 people are expected to attend. With 82 vendors to choose from, there’s a lot to see and do. Here are nine things you can’t miss at Christmas Village 2016.
One of the additions to the festivities this year is a carousel at the center of City Hall’s Courtyard. Perfect for the kids or for adults that still feel like kids — rides are $3.00 each on one of the 20 wooden horses.
