No guest role for Richards

Denise Richards reportedly turned down a guest-starring role on the season premiere of “Two and a Half Men,” the show from which her ex-husband, Charlie Sheen, was fired, according to TMZ. Sources close to the show say producers wanted Richards to appear alongside new series star Ashton Kutcher, but Richards told them she wouldn’t do it, as “she would never hear the end of it from Charlie.”

Beckham is still in flats

Victoria Beckham is recovering from a slipped disc in her back, and appeared in public for the first time since the problem developed — and she wasn’t wearing her trademark high heels, according to Us Weekly. It’s been speculated that the slipped disc was caused at least in part by Beckham’s insistence to wear stilettos during her recent pregnancy. “Thank you for your kind messages,” Beckham posted on Twitter recently. “I’m feeling much better and enjoying every precious minute with baby Harper. I’m so in love.”
