MOVIE. “NCIS” crime fighter Mark Harmon spent his downtime seeing this adaptation of John Sandford’s novel to the small screen — so he could play another cop, of course. The producer/star of this made-for-TV movie plays Minneapolis deputy police chief Lucas Davenport, who pursues a hit woman and a murderous lawyer.
