There will be no public trial for at least one of the John Travolta‘s accusers, as both sides have agreed the case should be heard by a private judge behind closed doors in mediation, according to Radar Online. The accuser in question was the second of four to come forward in the past week claiming inappropriate behavior by the “Grease” star during a massage. “[Lawyers for both sides] are working on the ground rules for the evidence and procedure about how the mediation will proceed,” a source says. “Both sides will agree to keep all transcripts sealed as well as all witness statements and depositions. The lawsuit will be heard by a private judge, who will decide how much money if any the accuser will receive. All of the proceedings will be strictly confidential, but make no mistake, this will be a dog fight.”

She may have a best-selling album that has earned her eight Grammy awards, but there’s one part of success that Adele wishes she could avoid all together. “I don’t want to be a celebrity. I don’t want to be in people’s faces,” she tells Matt Lauer during an interview for the “Today” show. “I’ve managed to stay out of the public eye. The other day I walked through Trafalgar Square on a Sunday afternoon, a tourist haven. I was a bit worried — I was in my pajamas as well because I had been working the day before — [but] nobody recognized me.”

Drew Barrymore hasn’t been very vocal about her plans, despite having a fiancé and a growing baby bump, but if a recent shopping excursion is any indication, her and Will Kopelman‘s wedding is on its way, according to Us Weekly. Barrymore recently visited a Manhattan bridal shop — with her future mother-in-law in tow — and was spotted trying on veils. Barrymore is expected to tie the knot next month. “Drew wants to get married before the baby comes, but doesn’t want to be huge,” a source says.

As if it hasn’t already been a big month for “the Avengers” star Chris Hemsworth, his wife, Elsa Pataky, gave birth to their first child, a daughter named India, over the weekend in London, according to People magazine. “Having the person that you love by your side, and starting a family with them, is the best thing that can happen to you in this life,” Pataky recently told Hola! Magazine about life with Hemsworth. “You can’t ask for more.”

Jessica Simpson is loving being a new mom, though having a baby at home as led to at least one new problem: “I’m addicted to buying headbands with massive flowers for Maxwell on Etsy,” Simpson posted on Twitter about her newborn daughter. “She is insanely beautiful, I can’t help but play dress up.” Online shopping addictions aside, a source close to the family says Simpson is knocking it out of the park when it comes to parenthood. “Jessica is doing great and really happy,” the source tells Us Weekly. “Everyone is marveling at what a natural [she] is. She was born to be a mom.”

After months of speculation about who will replace former “X Factor” judges Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger, 19-year-old Demi Lovato has reportedly signed on to the show, joining Britney Spears, whose involvement was announced last week, according to TMZ. The pair will join Simon Cowell and L.A. Reid, who are returning for the second season. The final decision reportedly came down to between Lovato and fellow former Disney star Miley Cyrus. While Spears is earning a reported $15 million for a season of the singing competition series, there’s no word yet on what Lovato is being paid.
