5 things we can enjoy again now that Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are getting divorced

It’s been a long, strange ride with Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise, hasn’t it? We have to admit, the unlikely romance between American’s sweetheart and Hollywood’s maybe-gay, much-older heartthrob lasted, oh, about five years longer than we predicted.

TomKat was off to an annoying start with their inappropriate PDA and lovey-dovey interviews. Their courtship is not our fondest memory of them and we can’t help but go ahead and bring up now, after the news that they are divorcing. Actually, their entire union kind of left a weird taste in our mouths, given, you know, how weird it was.
