TV Watch List: Monday, Sept. 9

'Social Nightmare'
‘Social Nightmare’

Metro’s Monday night TV breakdown.

‘Million Second Quiz’
GAME SHOW. Nobody will be allowed to boo host Ryan Seacrest at the premiere of this new interactive game show — because he’s also the executive producer. We’re guessing not a whole lot of NFL fans will be tuning in (in case you missed it: Seacrest was heckled off the field by Broncos fans on opening day last week.)
Series Premiere, 8 p.m., NBC

‘Teen Mom 3’
REALITY. In tonight’s episode one couple goes to prom — which would be a totally normal teenage rite of passage if it weren’t for the screaming baby after-party they’re coming home to after the dance.
10 p.m, MTV

‘Social Nightmare’
TV MOVIE. Damn, we love Lifetime movies. That’s not a joke, they’re seriously good. In this new one (premiered last week) a teenage girl’s life is ruined when incriminating photos of her are posted to the web. (Seriously teens and tweens: stop the sexting. The Internet is forever.)
10 p.m., LIFE
