Any MTV awards show is bound to have a red carpet crowded with outrageous outfits and unbelievable onstage antics. Until now, U.S. viewers have only watched the drama unfold twice a year during the MTV Movie Awards and the MTV Video Music Awards. Now, the network is adding a third night of excitement, airing the European Music Awards for the first time ever in the U.S.

The 2013 MTV EMA’s will take place No. 10 and will be hosted by “Glee” star Darren Criss, singer Cher Lloyd and “Guy Code” host Andrew Schulz. Miley Cyrus and Robin Thicke are slated to perform, but MTV is keeping details about their performance, and whether they will perform together, under wraps. Katy Perry, Snoop Dogg, Bruno Mars, The Killers, Imagine Dragons and Afrojack will also perform.

For the first time ever, a few EMA performances will also take place in New York City, making the award show a truly worldwide event. Austine Mahone, Jason Derulo and Fall Out Boy are the Stateside performers.

Viewers can catch performances on both continents and the whole show Nov. 10 at 7 p.m. on MTV.
