If David Benioff ever needs a break from running HBO’s “Game of Thrones,” Jimmy Fallon could be a worthy successor. Friday night on “Late Night,” he produced an elaborate, nearly-ten-minute-long “Game of Thrones” parody that included a swoopy map credits sequence, elaborate costumes, and all the nudity and violence NBC pretending to be HBO could get away with. Fallon’s take on “Game of Thrones” was a little different, of course. He played at least three main roles, so it was more like “Game of Thrones” via “Norbit.” But overall, it’s such a faithful parody that by the end it feels like the “Late Night” gang would really like to just write an episode of the show. Check it out below.

The best part, however, has to be the button: “The heir to the Late Night throne arrives in February ’14,” proclaims Questlove. Cut to: “Hello, I’m Seth Meyers, and welcome to ‘Late Night’…”

At least one “Game of Thrones” star has had enough of baring her breasts, according to the New York Post.

“One of the girls in the show who got her [dress] off the most in the first couple of seasons now doesn’t at all,” GoT star Oona Chaplin, who plays Talisa Maegyr, told reporters.  “She said, ‘I want to be known for my acting, not for my breasts.’ ”

Oona didn’t specify who she was referring to, but Emilia Clarke, who plays Daenerys Targaryen, certainly fits: She sure used to go naked on the show, and she sure doesn’t anymore.
