Maybe inside this fast-driving, bucket-urinating, former-President-photo-cussing menace Justin Bieber has become, there’s still a hint of the sweet little guy he used to be. I’d like to beliebe so, anyway.

After his antics earlier this week, in which he was caught on tape urinating in a bucket in a New York City restaurant and then saying “F*** Bill Clinton,” while spraying a photo of the former President with cleaning fluid, Justin Bieber is reportedly feeling a touch of remorse.

A source told E! Online that Bieber actually called the former President to make a personal apology. Clinton was reportedly very gracious about the whole thing, and told Justin that if that was the worst thing he’d done, he was doing all right. Clinton should certainly know.

The former President also suggested that Bieber keep an eye on his friends, one of whom presumably leaked the video. Bieber publicly thanked Clinton last night for being cool about the whole peeing-and-dissing thing. “@billclinton thanks for taking the time to talk Mr. President. Your words meant alot. #greatguy,” he tweeted.

TMZ has a video of Bieber and his posse fooling around in the basement of an unnamed NYC eatery. One of them, said to be Justin, is peeing into a yellow mop bucket. It’s a little hard to tell if it’s actually him, but he sure looks and sounds like the Biebs. As they leave, he also says “F*** Bill Clinton,” and sprays a photo of the former President with some cleaning fluid/
