There’s an empty chair at Clint Eastwood’s house.

And talking to it probably won’t make it better. Clint Eastwood has split from his wife of 17 years, Dina Eastwood, according to Us Weekly. The Eastwoods have apparently been living apart for some time — sources say Clint actually moved out in June 2012. An insider called the split “amicable,” saying, “Clint fell out of love with Dina a long time ago.”

The Eastwoods have one child, 16-year-old daughter Morgan. Clint has seven other children from previous relationships, including Francesca Eastwood, his daughter with actress Frances Fisher. Francesca appeared with Dina and Morgan on the short-lived 2012 reality show “Mrs. Eastwood and Company.”

Rumors have been swirling for some months that the couple was on the outs: The 82-year-old actor and director has been spotted around Los Angeles recently without his wedding ring, according to Radar Online. Clint also went ring-less when he took Morgan to the Coachella music festival this spring.

The couple hasn’t been photographed together since November 2011, and Dina has reportedly checked herself into a treatment facility because of depression and anxiety brought on by their marital troubles.
