The Word: Miley Cyrus wears this, twerks with a midget at iHeartRadio music festival

Miley Cyrus has learned nothing from her much-panned performance at the VMA’s. In fact, it seems like our tsk-tsk-ing is only feeding the low-rent Gwen Stefani-wannabe beast. Case in point, Cyrus not only wore this outfit to the iHeartRadio Music Festival this weekend, but she also butt-slapped a twerking little person and sang into a banana microphone. I mean, we already have one Ke$ha. Does the world really need another? Some of Cyrus's antics. Credit: Getty

Cyrus had a busy weekend. Besides working these nipple-shields, photographers spotted a moving truck outside of Cyrus’ Los Angeles home on Friday, rumored to be her ex-fiance’s Liam Hemsworth’s, collecting the rest of his belongings, according to TMZ. This led many to assume this caused the singer to start crying while performing “Wrecking Ball” at the fest. That, or she realized how much it was going to hurt to take off those pasties.
