I guess we know where all the coolest seventh grade parties are: Madonna’s house.

The Material Girl posted the above picture on Instagram of her son Rocco, 13, and several friends ringing in the New Year surrounded by liquor bottles. “The party has just begun! Bring it! 2014,” she captioned it, apparently forgetting that the party shouldn’t begin for Rocco until 2022. That’s when he’ll be legal to drink in America, at least – the Ciccone-Ritchie-etcetera clan was actually partying in Switzerland, but even there, the drinking age is 16.

I’m just gonna leave this here.

After several hundred perturbed comments on her pic, Madonna posted another photo of young Rocco, this time sans booze. “No one was drinking we were just having fun! Calm down and get a sense of humor! Don’t start the year off with judgement!” she wrote.

But Madonna, starting the year off with judgement was my New Year’s resolution. You don’t want me to flake when I’ve been doing so well, do you?
