Could Justin Bieber get deported back to Canada?

Justin Bieber still performs music. You just haven't read about that in a while.
Justin Bieber still performs music. You just haven’t read about that in a while.

This whole egg-throwing fiasco just keeps getting worse and worse for poor Justin Bieber. It went from an innocent (though highly bratty) prank to a potential felony to serious drug charges for his best friend Lil Za. And now, sources say, exile is potentially on the table.

According to RadarOnline, Bieber’s accuser, Jeffrey Schwartz, is pushing Los Angeles police to charge Bieber with a felony because, under U.S. law, that could mean the loss of the work visa that allows the Canadian singer to live in the country.

“If Justin is charged with felony vandalism and convicted, it’s very likely his work visa allowing him to live in the United States would be revoked,” a law enforcement source said.

“It could be categorized as a crime of moral turpitude under United States immigration law.”

Aww, look at him though. How could anyone call that sweet little face turpitudinous?

That’s not the only thing that could be keeping the pop star up at night: The police have confiscated Justin’s cellphone to check for any texts about the egging incident, and sources tell TMZ that he’s worried they’ll find something much worse. Like drug references. Like nude photos. Honestly though, who doesn’t have nude photos in their phone these days? Some people have nude photos of themselves just to see if that thing on their back is getting better. Not me, of course. But some people.
