A human fetus was found in a box outside the office of a Catholic charity on Wednesday, CBS Philly reported.

Police reported to a call at 12:07 p.m. at the office on West State Street in Trenton, New Jersey.
A note was reportedly included with the fetus, but the contents of that note have not been revealed by investigators.
The fetus was reportedly taken to the Mercer County medical examiner’s office for examination.
The incident is still under investigation.
Catholic Charities is a national organization that helps serve the poor and other vulnerable people, CBS reported.
