Eagles Notebook: Vick’s summer wedding

Mike Vick and Kijafa Frink (pictured) will tie the knot this summer in Miami.

Eagles QB Mike Vick will marry his longtime girlfriend and fiancée Kijafa Frink on June 30 in a private location in Miami.

Vick proposed to Frink back in December of 2009 and the couple has two children together. Frink stood by the quarterback throughout his prison sentence for dogfighting.

ROSEMAN TALKS. GM Howie Roseman conducted a lengthy interview with the Philadelphia Inquirer and Daily News today down at the Senior Bowl in Alabama. In it, Roseman discussed the team’s ongoing search for a new personnel consultant, to take the spot left by Ryan Grigson, as well as his confidence in 2010 first-round pick Brandon Graham. Roseman wouldn’t confirm or deny Juan Castillo’s status as the Eagles’ defensive coordinator.

NO MARTY BALL IN OAKLAND. Meanwhile, it appears as if offensive coordinator Marty Mornhinweg is out in Oakland. Briefly rumored to be a finalist for the Raiders’ head coaching gig, a report surfaced today that is officially out of the running. Oakland could announce their new coach as soon as Saturday.

DISPLACED FAN. Dehlia Ford-Feliz, a diehard Eagles fan living in Los Angeles, received honorable mention in the 2011 Ultimate Displaced Fan Contest by DIRECTV. A displaced fan is anyone living outside the home market of their favorite NFL team. Ford-Feliz has started her own website and video series analyzing the Birds, according to a rep. We’ll have more on her in an upcoming blog entry.
