Samuel Adams celebrates summer weddings with new beer
It’s summer and as usual love is in the air. In fact, according TheKnot.com, June is the most popular month of the year to get married. But, what’s a good wedding without great beer to cheers with?
The new Samuel Adams “Brewlywed Ale” was created specifically for that reason. The limited release “bride ale” photographs like champagne – it has a fancy cork top bottle – and features a list of summery notes including fruit, honeysuckle and citrus.
However, interested Bridezillas are advised to get ready for a fight to a case because not only will the beer only be sold exclusively at the Boston Brewery, but it will only sold for one day (June 26, 2013).
“Brewlywed Ale, which is floral, sweet and spicy, was brewed to be shared during special moments like these,” Samuel Adams founder and brewer Jim Koch said in a release. “It’s fun to see more and more brides and grooms incorporating craft beer into their big day.”
