What we’re into

Greek yogurt is everywhere on store shelves — and now, it’s even popping up in your sour cream. Breakstone’s Greek Style Sour Cream has the same sour cream taste you know, but is made with the Greek goodness, which means you get 50 percent less fat, 40 percent less cholesterol, and twice the calcium and protein of regular sour cream. Use it as a base in your next holiday dip! $2.99, grocery stores

You want more spin studios? You got ‘em!

Both SoulCycle and Flywheel are opening new studios this week — SoulCycle’s 10th studio opens in the Flatiron today, and Flywheel’s second opens in TriBeCa on Monday. Who will win the battle of the bikes? Do we sense a spin-off?
SoulCycle Flatiron, 8 W. 19th St., 212-876-7685
Flywheel TriBeCa, 415 Greenwich St., 212-242-5162

Let’s get Physique-al

Erin Andrews already has a full resume — sports reporter, “Dancing with the Stars” alum — and now she can add “fitness trainer” to her credentials. Physique 57, which has barre studios across the city, has enlisted Andrews for a streaming workout that you can download at http://physique57.com/product/get-fit-quick/. The partnership makes sense, Andrews said in an announcement: “I am a loyal client of Physique 57 so I was thrilled to have the opportunity to choreograph and participate in a streaming video.” If we can get a body like hers, sign us up!

30-second lifesaver

This week’s tip comes from Melina, D’Arduini, LMT, owner and founder of Vivify Massage Therapy.

Are you feeling the holiday stress? We tend to hold a lot of that stress in our necks. This light stretch will loosen up tight neck muscles. Turn your head as far as you can to the right, looking over your shoulder. Hold for 15-20 seconds. Repeat this exercise on the left side. Do two repetitions.
