Philly police are looking into a non-fatal shooting in West Philadelphia on Tuesday afternoon.
A man was shot around 1:30 p.m. near 52nd and Ranstead Streets where police found the man shot once in his left arm and once in his left side,FOX 29reported. No arrests have been made and police are still investigating the incident.
