Caesars Resort at Suffolk Downs is scheduling a series of open house events in East Boston and Revere to give local residents the chance to view a 3-D model and updated renderings of the proposed development, and to address questions about the project.

“In our continuing effort to provide local residents with as much detail as possible about our development, this model offers a more tangible vision of what the property would look like and how local traffic conditions would be improved,” said Chip Tuttle, chief operating officer of Suffolk Downs.

The model will be displayed in the Topsider Room, located on the third floor of the Clubhouse at Suffolk Downs. Updated renderings of the development will also be on display. The model was designed by architect Elkus Manfredi and created by GPI Models of Somerville, and includes elements of the landscape design and transportation improvements.

Open houses will be held on:

Tuesday, April 9, 6-8 p.m. for East Boston residents
Thursday, April 11, 6-8 p.m. for Revere residents
Saturday, April 13, 11 a.m.-1 p.m.  for all local residents

Residents are welcome to stop by at any time during each two-hour period. The specific community day designations are just a suggestion and residents of both communities should feel free to come to any of the open houses.

Suffolk Downs representatives will be on hand to share highlights of the model and answer questions. Residents planning to attend are encouraged to RSVP online at www.friendsofsuffolkdowns.com/events or by calling 617-646-1363.

Following the open houses, there will be additional opportunities for East Boston and Revere residents to view the model and renderings at various accessible locations within their local neighborhoods. Suffolk Downs will release a schedule of these locations once they have been secured.
