Boston Marathon bombing victim Krystle Campbell will be buried Monday, and Boston University will remember graduate student Lu Lingzi at a memorial service.

A statewide moment of silence was to be observed Monday at 2:50 p.m., exactly a week after the explosions at the finish line.

A funeral mass for Campbell, who was just shy of her 30th birthday, was set for 11 a.m. at St. Joseph Church in Medford before a burial at Oak Grove Cemetery.

On Sunday, hundreds of people waited to pay their respects at a wake, some standing in line for hours.

Gov. Deval Patrick was expected to be among the mourners at Campbell’s funeral, and also planned to attend a memorial service for Lu Lingzi.

Lu’s parents were expected to be at the 7 p.m. service in the George Sherman Union. BU established a scholarship fund in the 23-year-old Chinese woman’s honor.

MIT will hold a public memorial service Wednesday for officer Sean Collier, who was killed Thursday night. His family is having a private wake for him Monday, and a funeral Tuesday.

No plans were announced for the funeral of 8-year-old Martin Richard. His mother and sister remained hospitalized with serious injuries.
