This week in videos: Woman sicks dogs on reporter, man texts while sitting on top of car

Video shows the dogs chasing the female reporter down the street as she screams. According to ABC6, the reporter, Abbey Niezgoda, was bit on the forearm by one of the dogs. She received a tetanus shot.
