A New Hampshire woman was collared for her seventh DUI over the weekend. But this time, her young daughter was in the car as well.

Stephanie Pelletier of Hillsborough, N.H., was arrested after police received reports of her SUV being driven erratically on Route 115 in Twin Mountain, Franconia Notch and Northfield, the New Hampshire Union Leader reports.

Police were eventually able to pull Pelletier over, and found her 7-year-old daughter in the vehicle.

Pelletier, 41, is now facing charges of driving under the influence of alcohol-subsequent offense, endangering the welfare of a child and possession of an open container.

Pelletier was released to a family member on $4,500 personal recognizance bail. She will be arraigned in the Concord District Division, 6th Circuit Court on Sept. 9, according to the Union Leader.
