We asked the real critics (the kids who would be eating these!) for their thoughts on some easy, nutritious breakfasts that are perfect for busy mornings. What would they ‘like mommy to buy more’ of this fall?

Buddy Fruits Pure Fruit Bites

These all-natural, 100 percent fruit snacks, available in flavors like apple, raspberry and pomegranate/ acai, earned a thumbs up from our reviewers. “They are very tart, but that’s good,” says Gabriella Clark, 8. Emily Abrams, 10, thought they were stickier than ordinary fruit snacks, but her 8-year-old sister Katie said they were softer and easier to chew.

Thomas’ Blueberry Bagel Thins
The portable bagel flats are perfect for kids racing out the door in the morning, and we have to admit, we loved them just as much as they did! Katie Abrams said she liked them better than regular bagels and “would like Mommy to buy more.” The best news: They’re made with 10 grams of whole grains and clock in at only 110 calories per serving.

Jimmy Dean Jimmy D’s Breakfast Minis

These mini sausage sandwiches are easy to prep (they take under two minutes in the microwave) and surprisingly nutritious (230 calories and 11 grams of protein per serving). But the sausage-bread-combo left our testers wanting more: “All I can taste is the bread,” reports Clark. “I
really liked it, but wish it had egg or cheese on it too,” says Xander Grillo, 7.

GoGo squeeZ all-natural snacks

Parents will be glad to learn that
these squeezable applesauce varieties contain 100 percent fruit and
provide 3/4 serving of your daily fruit needs. Kids will just enjoy
eating them: “I love it because of the taste, [and] I love the package,”
says Grillo. Adds  Clark: “I could eat these forever.”
