She doesn’t stress over her weight:
“Weight is arbitrary. Go by feel. Work on being honest and analytical, as opposed to critical when it comes to your body. If you stick with your food and exercise plan, you’ll eventually get to where you need to be.”
She works out with her husband:
“Some people need someone to hold them accountable, others need someone to keep them engaged. If you find someone who is dependable, pleasant to be around and has the same attitude vis-a-vis exercise then it’s more fun.”
She breaks food rules:
“Indulging from time to time keeps the resentment at bay as well as de-emphasizes the food that you’re indulging in. Your diet can vary, but when you find something that works nutritionally as well as leaves you feeling good, you can stick with it until you burn out on it.”
