(VIDEO) Police announce $10k reward in North Philadelphia shooting death
Police announced that the city is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the conviction of two men who robbed and shot Alexander Martinez, 23, in North Philadelphia Jan. 9th.
Martinez was on the 3500 block of Hutchinson Street with friends when, at 11:12 p.m., they were approached by two unknown males, one armed with a handgun. The men demanded their property and, at some point during the robbery, Martinez was shot in the stomach.
He was rushed to Temple University Hospital, but later died from his injuries.
The suspects fled in a dark-colored pick-up truck. They are described as a thin-to-medium-built black male with a dark complexion, aged 19 to 22, wearing a dark hoodie and jeans and armed with a handgun, and a medium-built black man with a light complexion and facial hair, aged 18 to 22, wearing a dark hoodie and light jeans.
