Two car accidents kill three people over the weekend

Two separate car accidents killed two people over the weekend.

A motorcyclist was killed after being rear-ended Friday in Kensington.

A 2009 Toyota Corolla was pulling out of the Wawa parking lot at Aramingo Avenue and Cumberland Street at 11:33 p.m. when it struck a 1993 Suzuki Motorcycle that was driving north on Aramingo.

The motorcyclist, Nhan Chinh Hoan, 23, of the 3100 block of E Street, attempted to avoid a collision by laying his bike down, but was ejected. The motorcycle hit the fender of the Corolla and continued northbound on Aramingo until it hit a light pole. Hoan was taken to Hahnemann Hospital and pronounced dead at 11:54 p.m.
