Cops looking for man accused of taking upskirt subway photo

Police have released a photo of a man wanted for using his cell phone to take a picture beneath a woman’s skirt.

Officers were approached by a 24-year-old woman on April 18 who told them that a man had taken a photo beneath her skirt on the 4 train. She used her own cell phone to take a picture of the suspect, which she sent to police.

The man is described as 30 to 40 years old, about 5’5″, and 150 pounds. He has brown eyes, short black hair, and a mustache. He was wearing a black and orange sweatshirt.
