VIDEO: Four-alarm fire rips through Frankford commercial building
Firefighters this morning battled a four-alarm blaze on the 2200 block of Wakeling Street near Aramingo Avenue in Frankford, according to a report from Philly Fire News.
The fire broke out in a one-story commercial building around 6:30 a.m. this morning. Encountering heavy flames, responding companies soon called a second alarm.
Over the next two hours, the inferno was called to three, then four alarms as the fire ripped through the building and spread to the vacant portion of a neighboring property.
