(UPDATED) Man arrested for allegedly groping teen in Queens library
UPDATE: The NPYD announced Sunday that it had arrested Hector Troche, 56, and charged him with sex abuse, forcible touching and public lewdness.

Police are searching for a suspect who forcibly touched a teen girl and exposed his genitals inside a Queens library on Monday.
At approximately 6 p.m. on March 4, the suspect approached the 15-year-old victim inside the Broadway branch library in Long Island City. He grabbed her crotch and then exposed himself before fleeing. No injuries were reported.
The man is described as being Hispanic or Middle Eastern in his early 40s. He was last seen wearing a tan jacket, grey hat, black shirt and blue jeans.
