Officers with the Pennsylvania State Police Bureau of Liquor Enforcement cited 61 people yesterday outside Citizens Bank Park during an underage drinking crackdown.
Investigators said several plainclothes and two uniformed officers patrolled the parking lots around the stadium between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. as the Phillies played the Mets.
Police cited 61 people under the drinking age – including two juveniles younger than 18 – for allegedly possessing or consuming alcohol.
