Update-Bomb threat at Princeton University
Update: As of 6 p.m., no explosives had been found.
“Searches of campus continue and further progress has been made,” the university said in a statement. “The University still hopes to reopen this evening but no final decision has been made.”
Princeton University is under evacuation after it received a bomb threat.
“There has been a bomb threat to multiple unspecified campus buildings,” according to a statement on the university’s website. “Please evacuate the campus and all University offices immediately and go home unless otherwise directed by your supervisor.”
“You will receive an update later today. Do not return to campus for any reason until advised otherwise.”
The university reported the threat at 10:26 p.m. It is currently in summer session.
