Boston Police are looking for a man wanted in connection with two sexual assaults and stabbings that happened in Mission Hill early Saturday.

The man, who is described as white, and in his early twenties, grabbed the first victim around 2 a.m. and attempted to sexually violate her, according to police, then stabbed her in the leg as she escaped his grasp.

The second attack happened less than an hour later, police said, and was nearly identical to the first attack, except the victim sustained a stab wound to her hand.

Both women’s injuries were considered non-life threatening, police said.

Now, Boston Police are hoping to find a man who was seen in the area around the time of the attacks. Surveillance photographs show a caucasian man in a plaid shirt walking on a side walk. Police said the man is “wanted for questioning,” and did not name him as an official suspect.
